Simpledremi is an interactive visualization tool designed for the analysis of pairwise interactions (edges) in single-cell data (such as mass cytometry or flow cytometry). It allows users to compute the DREMI (conditional-Density Resampled Estimate of Mutual Information) score, for the strength of relationships on a given set of edges through a range of conditions or timepoints. It also allows for exploratory analysis where the edges with the highest DREMI score are returned in the form of an annotated graph. Finally, it allows for visualization of edges as DREVI (conditional-Density Rescaled Visualization) plots and for extracting response curves from DREVI plots through regression.
